This sign stands on Margaret Street and clearly states:
3-Hour Parking
7AM–9PM
Mon–Sun,
and—circled in red—"Blocking Driveway Prohibited."
On March 12, 2026, PPA Vehicle #581 was photographed parked directly in violation of this exact sign while issuing a citation to my sister. The rules apply to everyone. Apparently, except PPA.

A SEPTA bus arrives to find a USPS delivery truck occupying the bus stop. A student is forced to step into the street to board the bus. This is an active safety hazard on a school route. No PPA officer was present. No citation was issued.

The fourth ticket issued to Cianni lists an observation time of 11:01AM. However, our Ring camera, which records motion 24/7, shows no PPA vehicle on our street between 10:31AM and 11:30AM. In fact, a PPA vehicle did not appear until approximately 3:00PM, when Cianni’s vehicle was ticketed.
